Akash A Shah, aged 41 years, is one of the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Bundelkhand University in the year of 2003. He holds a master’s degree in Master of Business Administration (Marketing) from Bundelkhand University in the year of 2008. He has been instrumental in managing and leading the operations of the Company. He has a work experience of more than 15 years in the field of shipping, Logistics & Transportation Industry. He is responsible for the business development, Legal operations & Compliance and overall management of the business of our Company. Under his guidance, our Company has witnessed continuous growth.

Shah Vaibhavi Akash, aged 39 years, is one of the Promoters and Non-Executive Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Bundelkhand University in the year of 2006. She holds a master’s degree in Master of Business Administration (Human Resources and Management) from Bundelkhand University in the year of 2008. She has an experience of 10 years in the field of Human Resources and Management.

Rahul Bhogilal Labana, aged 26 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Master of Commerce degree from the Gujarat University, Gujarat. He has more than 5 years of experience in the fields of accounts and finance. Presently, he is the Chief Financial Officer of Tridhya Tech Limited.

Akshay N Shah, aged 40 years, is an Independent Director of our company. He holds a Diploma in Information Technology from the Government of Polytechnic, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He has more than 10 years of experience in the fields related to Information Technology Infrastructure Management, Network Engineering, and Customer Support Engineering. Previously, he was associated with Lobo Staffing Solutions Private Limited.
